Milk Diapers Review and Giveaway – CLOSED

One of the most awkward parts of being a nursing mommy is when you are having a conversation with someone, you feel your milk come in, then look down to realize you’ve leaked right through your shirt.  Nice.
I always found disposable nursing pads to be irritating to my skin.  I’d tried a couple different cloth pads.  The first were very non absorbent, and the others were so small.  Both resulted in embarrassing leaks.

When I saw Milk Diapers, I liked the idea of a smaller company run by moms at home who care about these products.  Each item is checked by hand to make sure that only the top quality products get sent out.
The Milk Diaper nursing pads were created by Felicia, who is a mom of 5.  When she was a nursing mom, she designed these nursing pads for herself, and has redesigned them over the past 30 years, always with a nursing mom in mind.

I received some 5 layer pads as well as some Moisture Guard pads to try out.  I was quite impressed with the size.  They are large enough to not slide around in my bra.  They are also thicker than the others that I’ve tried.  They are made out of soft, breathable cotton, which is so important to me because I’ve so often experienced issues due to poor nursing pads.
Milk Diapers are contoured to the shape of your breast, and have a unique cross over dart that supports the nipple as well as drawing away moisture.
I absolutely love Milk Diapers.  Since I started using them, I longer worry about leaking through my shirt, even if it’s been awhile since I’ve had a chance to nurse or pump.  I know that I’m not going to have to deal with many uncomfortable nipple issues because the pads are breathable.

Milk Diapers has 4 and 5 layer pads, and even pads with Moisture Guard for added protection.  There are a variety of colors such as white, natural, white or cream lace, peachy pink or black front.

Milk Diapers carries more great products for the nursing mother like bras and travel bags for sanitary and discrete carrying of your nursing pads.

Milk Diapers has been kind enough to sponsor a giveaway for my readers.  One lucky winner will receive a package of 10 nursing pads of your choice (excluding XL moisture guard).
